Abstract

The Seacoast Shipyard Association, the independent lobbying arm of the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Kittery, will no longer receive funds from the Shipyard Employees Association, until now its largest contributor. Shipyard commander Captain Lance Horne this week told the Shipyard Employees Association that lobbying is forbidden on the shipyard's property. Details.
