Abstract

The first International Lobster Congress, a two-day event which opened Friday at the Holiday Inn by the Bay, is expected to draw 2,000 to 3,000 attendees from around the world. The event, sponsored by the University of Maine at Orono's Lobster Institute, will host lobster seminars, a lobster trade show and a lobster boat show.
