Abstract

Scott Berube, 25, of Sanford, convicted of vehicular manslaughter in the July 1992 death of Florence A. Downs of Sanford, had his sentencing cancelled on Friday because he is in jail in Massachusetts on unrelated charges. York County Superior Court justice Thomas Delahanty immediately issued an arrest warrant for Berube to make sure he returns to Maine for sentencing at the completion of his Massachusetts jail term.
