Abstract
Dick Wallingform of West Forks has been involved in the growing sport of horse pulling for as long as he can remember, and his pair has won 37 blue ribbons in 37 tries. Horses can't produce as much volume as a log skidder, but, cord for cord, they cost much less to manage. Even so, he does his logging with skidders. Details; diagram of caulked horseshoes.
