Abstract

A sewage plant that will cost $4.1 million is about to be built in Sinclair, a sanitary district in Township 17 Range 4. Funding for the project will come from a federal Environmental Protection Agency allocation of $2.3 million and a state grant of $780,750, with the remainder to be sought from the Farmers Home Administration or the state community block grant program.
