Abstract
The Bath-Brunswick-Topsham Economic Development Council recently changed its name to the Mid-Coast Council for Business Development. The agency has had three directors in less than three years, and has found the task of melding three towns with their own planning and economic development offices a daunting task. The relationship between Bath and Brunswick hit rock bottom in December 1994, when Brunswick Technologies, which had been planning a move to Bath, was enticed by Brunswick officials to stay in the town.
