Abstract
"Other Voices" piece by Robert Kimber of Temple, on last week's vote by the Maine Land Use Regulation Commission to approve Kenetech Windpower's request for a zoning change. The vote was the first regulatory hurdle the company had to clear to build its windpower project in the Boundary Mountains. Kimber believes the mountains are more valuable left as they are, and invites people to join the Friends of the Boundary Mountains.
