Abstract

"Music" piece on the first professional recording of Rachmaninoff's "Liturgy of St. John Chrysostom," just released by Bison Publishing of Belfast. The liturgy was recorded in April at the Dresden-Richmond United Methodist Church, during a performance to benefit the St. Alexander Nevsky Russian Orthodox Church of Richmond. The piece was conducted by Anthony Antolini, who took a position directing the Bowdoin College Chorus in 1992.
