Abstract
Details on last week's public hearing in Rangeley, on a proposal by the Maine Great Ponds Task Force to ban personal watercraft from all lakes in the state's unorganized territories. The jet ski proposal, part of a package of recommendations governing watercraft, water quality and surface use of Maine's lakes, drew wide support at the hearing.
