Abstract

"Critics Choice" piece on the dedication of the Schupf Wing at the Colby College Museum of Art. The Schupf Wing is one of the few wings devoted solely to the work of a living artist, in this case Alex Katz. Katz, a summer resident of Maine since the 1950s, has donated paintings, drawings and other works, and the Katz collection will be shown in rotation.
