Abstract

The term of Cheryl Harrington of the Public Utilities Commission expired at the end of March, and that of Christopher Livesay, chairman of the Board of Environmental Protection, expired in April with no prospects of replacement nominations by the governor. Livesay has been given an extension until a replacement is found.
