Abstract
Outgoing Maine Secretary of State G. William Diamond, as one of his last official acts in office, released a report titled "Democracy Improvement Project for Maine." The report, recommending changes in election law to help new political parties, is a collaborative effort with the League of Women Voters of Maine.
