Abstract

Pingree Associates has agreed to sell the 16-acre Town Line Island in Umbagog Lake to the state of New Hampshire for two-thirds its appraised value. The island, which has New Hampshire's only pair of nesting bald eagles, is Pingree's last holding in that state.
