Abstract
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service announced that it will not add the Canada lynx to the federal Endangered Species Act. Jym St. Pierre of Restore: The North Woods said his organization is considering a court challenge to the agency's decision. Canada lynx are widespread in Canada but in the United States are present only in Maine, Montana, Washington and Wyoming. Details.
