Abstract

Sena Karamazov of Orono has been told by Orono Code Enforcement Officer John Robichaud that she will be unable to occupy an old school bus which is parked on her land and in which she and her daughter had been living. A local ordinance prohibits campers on private property, so Karamazov is staying with friends while she tries to rememdy the situation.
