Editorial critical of an increase in tolls announced by the Maine Turnpike Authority noting that the toll for traveling between Gardiner and Augusta will increase the most, though the added revenue is to pay for widening of the road primarily between York and Scarborough, which means that the authority is not applying the user-pays principle.
