"News & Issues" piece on a lawsuit challenging the state of Maine's salmon conservation plan filed last week by the Washington-based Defenders of Wildlife and joined by the Biodiversity Legal Foundation of Boulder, Colo; Conservation Action Project (CAP) of Concord, N.H.; Coastal Waters Project of Rockland; and the Forest Ecology Network (FEN) of Augusta.
