"News & Issues" piece on Canada-based Inexcon's proposed buyout of Bowater's Gre
"News & Issues" piece on Canada-based Inexcon's proposed buyout of Bowater's Great Northern holdings and how it will be financed. Neither party would comment on who the lenders are, the sale price or the debt-equity arrangement. And an information vacuum on just who Inexcon is, its principals' assets and their motivation add to the mystery. Kevin Haley, a Lewiston attorney, is listed as clerk. Information about Inexcon in Canada is conflicting. Industry observers speculate that Inexcon is a stalking horse for one or more investors who want to remain anonymous.
