Editorial on professor and property rights activist Jon Reisman who has filed a grievance with University of Maine at Machias officials because a committee has recommended that two of his required courses become elective. The editorial notes that Reisman's position appears to be in conflict with his contention that the purchase of public land by the state infringes on the freedom of private landowners.
