Abstract
"Maine Interview" piece with Glenn Cummings of Portland, the first legislative candidate in the country to qualify for public financing of his campaign. Cummings, who has complied with Maine's Clean Elections Act, will receive $4,400 from the state's clean election fund, and up to three times more if he faces a privately financed opponent who is outspending him.
