Abstract
"News & Issues" piece on a two-part plan being fine-tuned by the Department of Environmental Protection that would keep the oil-fired Wyman Station power plant in operation for the foreseeable future. The plan combines limited pollution reductions at Wyman with purchase of reductions at upwind power plants that also contribute to air pollution in Maine.
