Abstract
The Maine Public Utilities Commission (PUC) will rule on Central Maine Power Co.'s (CMP) rate hike request later this month. The PUC recently fined CMP for not managing its private power-supplier contracts adequately, and is expected to award the utility a much smaller increase than the $83 million requested. Details.
