Abstract
Editorial noting the presence of undocumented workers in Maine, and urging the Department of Labor to apply the same standard to general contractors that is currently applied to farmers and other harvesters who use imported workers, and to waive, for a one-year trial period, the requirement that undocumented workers found in Maine pay all back taxes before they can file a complaint.
