Abstract
"Other Voices" piece the Maine Coalition for the Homeless, which is making a commitment to try to end homelessness in the state by 2006. One of the coalition's major initiatives is a citizens' initiative petition calling for a $20 million bond issue to provide funds for affordable housing statewide through the rehabilitation of existing housing.
