Abstract

Velpar, a chemical used in the blueberry industry, has been found in wells serving the Airline Community School in Aurora, the Gouldsboro Elementary School and the town of Franklin. An official with the state Board of Pesticides was unable to assess the potential damage caused by the contamination.
