"News" piece on municipal censorship of an alleged conspiracy-mongering television show on Biddeford's public access channel. The shows producers, Phil Castora and Dot Lafortune, are locally famous for their decade-long vendetta against certain banks, politicians, prosecutors and judges, following a disputed bank foreclosure.
