Abstract
"Furthermore" piece reporting that Wiscasset residents last week passed a unanimous vote at a special town meeting authorizing the town's selectmen to meet with Gov. Angus King to discuss the dangers posed by the presence of the spend nuclear fuel rods at Maine Yankee. The governor has not yet responded to the pressure to the town's lack of confidence the federal government's inability to protect the airspace over Maine Yankee from terrorist attacks.
