Abstract
Details on last week's hearing before the Maine Board of Environmental Protection. The board heard an appeal of its permit for Huber Resources Corp. to construct a sawmill and wood chip plant in Millinocket. Coastal Waters Project of Lincolnville claimed the mill would have widespread environmental impacts. The BEP denied the appeal.
