Abstract
Peter Gross of the Camden Board of Selectmen and Camden Town Manager Roger Moody wrote a letter of apology to MBNA President Charles Cawley for two news stories that appeared in the Maine Times last year. The articles concerned Cawley's dealings with Camden code enforcement officer Jeffrey Nims, who had investigated zoning violations on Cawley's properties. Camden officials never asked Maine Times to print a correction regarding either story. The paper stands by both stories.
