Abstract
Feature article on the 34th annual Kenduskeag Stream Canoe Race, which will be held in Bangor on April 15. Last year's race hosted 460 boats and 882 participants. With special focus on Karen Francoeur who owns Castine Kayak Adventures and teaches a kayaking class for women in the summer. Also with a schedule for the MaCKRO's 2000 Maine Downriver Championship Series.
