Abstract

A survey conducted jointly by Market Decisions of South Portland and Corporate Research Associates of New Brunswick found that 30 percent of New Brunswickers cited shopping as the first thing they think of when asked about Maine. The survey, which questioned 900 people in Maine and 400 in New Brunswick, found that 39 percent of the Mainers had never been to New Brunswick, while only seven percent of the New Brunswickers had not been to Maine.
