James F. Mitchell, one of seven Democratic candidates for the 2nd District congressional seat, is being asked by the other candidates to disclose his public relations and lobbying clients and their financial contributions to his campaign. Mitchell is a partner with his wife in the public relations firm Mitchell & Mitchell of Bangor, and until last year was co-owner of the Augusta lobbying firm The Public Affairs Group. Details.
