Abstract

Stanley Janiszcak, 27, of Richmond, has two convictions for criminal trespassing, two convictions for disorderly conduct and a violation of a protection-from-harassment order. He is also responsible for the departure from office of Richmond police chief John Morris, Town Manager Nancy Churchill and Board of Selectmen members Joseph Molnar and Laurie Saudners, all of whom endured verbal abuse from him. Janiszcak says his outbursts at public meetings and inside town offices constitute a public service, while others say they test the limits of participatory democracy. Details.
