Abstract

The Portland Sea Dogs in their inaugural season set an Eastern League attendance record by drawing 375,000 fans, and finished the season with a dismal 60-81 win-loss record. As a result of the better-than-expected turnout of fans, the team is considering adding seats to Hadlock Field and developing a policy to deal with season ticketholder no-shows. Details.
