Description

Planning Workshop is an annual course offering in Muskie's Community Planning and Development Program. It brings students and clients together on community planning issues. This study was the product of the Planning Workshop 2009 and includes the group's analysis of East Bayside along with recommendations that address community concerns such as reconnecting the street grid, improving housing, and redeveloping the industrial district.
