Abstract

A review of a collaborative exhibition of new work by two artists -- Portland-based Daniel Minter and Eneida Sanches, based in Salvador, Bahia, Brazil -- at the Center for Maine Contemporary Art in Rockland. The show, titled "through this to that", includes etchings, wood carvings, video projections, and a sculptural environment, all of which explore the artists' "cultural histories as citizens of the African Diaspora."
