Abstract

Deirdre Nice, owner of Silly's restaurant, and Auburn attorney Bill Maselli have purchased the historic St. Lawrence church on Munjoy Hill, built in 1897 and sold by the congregation for $105,000 in 1986. The two plan to rehabilitate the church and use it for a variety of purposes, including artistic and educational endeavors, a whole foods restaurant, a cafe, an art gallery and as a venue for films and music.
