Brief article reporting that Portland officials ordered the electricity turned off in two buildings owned by Joe Soley due to serious problems with wiring, meters and electrical panels. The Soley businesses affected by the five-hour shutdown included the Seamen's Club, Leo's and Tap's, all in the Old Port.
