Abstract

Heather Ann Thurlow, 15, of Portland, has been missing since August 3, when she went to meet a 20-year-old man who lived at the YMCA on Forest Avenue in Portland. Tom Thurlow, the girl's father, says the Portland Police Department is not doing enough to find his daughter. Police Lt. Steve Plympton said the department is doing everything it can to find the girl. Heather Ann Thurlow is presumed to have run away, which is not a crime.
