Abstract

"Ear to the Pavement" piece reporting that Millenium, Inc., a partnership including Bruce Wild of Saco, is in discussion with Ed Noyes about leasing the Center Street building that formerly housed Morganfield's. Millenium on Monday appeared before the Portland City Council for a liquor license, which was approved. Noyes said the deal was a long way from being completed.
