Abstract

"Edge" piece on Jim Rand, who was hired on Nov. 10 as WMPG radio's new station manager. The position has been vacant since Rob Rosenthal stepped down this spring. Rand was formerly the program director for WMPG, which is the University of Maine's nonprofit community radio station.
