Abstract

"Edge" piece on Michael Branca of Portland, founder of Mike's Real Dead Bugs. Branca sells dead bugs encased in plastic, and has begun using them in novelty art pieces. Some of Branca's artwork is being exhibited at the L.C. Bates Museum in Hinckley from Aug. 5 through Oct. 10, and at 3 Fish Gallery in Portland from Sept. 24 through Oct. 23.
