Abstract

"City" piece on the Basement, an Old Port bar that owner Glenn Gaudin has turned over to his landlord, Joe Soley, because a Portland District court decided on Feb. 9 that Soley was not required to reduce the Basement's rent. At this time, the fate of the bar is uncertain.
