Abstract

"Edge" piece on "Days of Our Hope," a soap opera by Portland writer Isaac Bubier that was first broadcast in 1998 on a local access television show in Portland called Connect, but was later cancelled under pressure from Time Warner Cable. The first installment of a new four-part series written by Bubier and titled "Days of Our Hope" is expected to debut on Portland's Channel 2 in October.
