Abstract

Jason Clark, 28, is currently negotiating with Zootz nightclub owner Kris Clark to purchase the Forest Avenue club, with a renewal of the bar's liquor license the main sticking point. Further out on Forest Avenue, Payton Hurlin, who currently manages the Spring Point Cafe in South Portland, has signed a lease with East Brown Cow Associates that gives her control of Raoul's Roadside Attraction, which she hopes to reopen shortly after the city council considers a restaurant license application on October 4.
