Abstract

"City" piece on James Fletcher of South Portland, a key witness in the Portland Police Department's investigation into Sgt. Sullivan Rizzo and his involvement with Nappi's Towing, a business owned by Fletcher and Rizzo's wife, Sandra. Fletcher said he's been told by his lawyer not to participate in the investigation because it might jeopardize negotiations with the Rizzo's over the sale of his shares in the towing company.
