Abstract

"Blunt," a radio talk show on WMPG-FM, has a staff consisting of high school students from nine Greater Portland high schools. The show was initially funded through a start-up grant from the Puffin Foundation of New Jersey, and recently received an additional small grant from the Maine Community Foundation.
