Abstract

Four Maine families have filed a suit in Cumberland County Superior Court challenging the legality of aerial searches for marijuana under Maine's Marijuana Eradication Program. An official with the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency says 600 flight hours have been logged this year by helicopters looking for pot plants, with 6,000 plants discovered.
