Abstract

"Citizen" piece by a local official who wishes to remain anonymous, on the subject of flow control. Flow control, which last year was struck down by the U.S. Supreme Court, required all waste material generated in Regional Waste System member communities to be be funnelled into RWS disposal facilities.
