Abstract

Top officials at Fiber Materials of Biddeford were convicted March 31 in federal court of illegally shipping missile-making equipment to India. Company President Maurice Subilia Jr. and Walter Lachman, chief executive officer, were found guilty of violating the federal Export Administration Act, and will be sentenced June 20.
